Jefferson Park Lawn Bowling Club was incorporated under the statutes of the State of Washington as a non-profit corporation for the purpose of forming a body to participate in the sport of lawn The Articles of Incorporation are dated April 7, 1955 and were approved by the Secretary of State on April 13, 1955. They were amended on September 20, 1977 and approved by the Secretary of State on October 27, 1997. The current version of the by-laws was adopted April 4, 2009.
